I have reason to believe that these two forces of evil are creating terrorists which affect us all, a pair of which recently attempted a bombing on my capitol. I am not a reactionary, I have reasons for this war which I have been planning for, but the recent actions taken against me have proven them to be an imminent threat which must be eliminated for our safety.
Under their influence, the economy of any nation they touch has plummeted. Crime rates go up astronomically as appeasers sit back and allow them to have their way with the international community, turning away a blind eye to support cheap foreign labor.
On top of that, their human rights record is atrocious. For these reasons, we must wipe them from the face of the Earth, for the good of humanity.

I release 75,000 infantrymen and 300,000 warm bodies with guns on a massive surplus of transports, plus a few assorted coast guard vessels modified to survive deep-sea transport.

The Government of the Schismatic States has entered into an alliance with poverty and unemployment. We wire 150 million Schism Dollars to unemployment, and express moral support for poverty. We hope that the United Nations recognizes that Norman Thomas's war is illegal and immoral, and that the world will join us in condemning his preemptive strike.

Not to be outdone, Foreign Minister to the Piddling Aunt Jemimah wires 10 Billion to Poverty, and contracts technicians for Unemployment's forces (est. expense of 2.3 B).
