The Holy Druzian Emperor in his last action as Emperor of Druze and Allawi released 17,000 tons of Anthrax in his state. The Anthrax was smuggled into the country and was purchased in the blackmarket rampant in Adilabad.
"We will kill all those bastards," he said aboard his Air Druze 1.
Casualties are yet to be reported but it is widely believed that the Anthrax was superior quality anthrax produced by Russia.

Out of the thousands infected... really... bioagents are reeaaally not effective as WMD's... at least, not if they're spread airborne. However,
