Today the Government of Peopleand Happiness has requested that The Dictatorship of Exetonia stop in there Uranium. They said that there Uranium is not for sale but yet let the nation of CoreWorlds mine out urnaium from that nation. My defense minister has learned that CoreWorlds has made many weapons purchaces/ purchase request recently. Which causes concern. The Dictatorship of Exetonia has agreed to discuss this matter and we are waiting on a response.

The exetonian Government would gladly withdraw their contract from the Coreworlds effective immediately should the international community desire it however, as for the new crisis arising over our own Nuclear projects (power and medical) no such action shall be taken. We have no plans to create WMD's nor, sell our materials to nations known for creating such diabolical weapons. The airliner touched down just two minutes behind schedule. As it taxied to the runway many protestors ran at the barriers bearing anti-nuclear developments banners. The delegates felt safe however due to the increased security being provided by People and Happiness. The delegates exited the aircraft en masse and headed staright for the bullet proof cars where they were driven straight to the delegation halls. They quickly exited the vehicles and entered the hall where the talks would take place. The greeting they recieved was not what they expected.

The Uranium mining, we can except however, our facility is not a refinement facility but a research facility for fuel and medical research with three other nations working on it. So, with all due respect, we cannot close that down. We would however, be happy to give you a guided tour of both facilities at the end of these talks to proove our intentions to the world.

We were un aware before you brought it to our nations attention that CoreWorlds were searching for uranium in a bid to create WMD's. Upon hearing this, their rights to mine have been withdrawn and an official report will be submitted to the league of nations. We appologise for this oversight and, are quite willing to pay reparitions for this inccident however, we are not prepared to let the inspectors of Shildonia into our plants without enough evidence in fact, we would like to press that they be brought up on charges of slander in the international courts....

My nation informed yours at our first contact about CoreWorlds purchasing of weapons. That should have been stopped the second you were informed. The exetonian Government would like to point out the annoiance at having to prove it's innocence and upon proof of it's innocence will begin talks with the Shildonia over compensation from the delays that will be cause.

Power my friend is an issue that all nations face. Gas mining operations have slowed and as such portions of my nation most nameley the northern farming areas have been lacking in water power, and electric power.
