The state of exetonai has today begun construction of a uranium processing facility to create a source of power and, begin some medical research. The Uranium is not for sale however! Our lack of further evidence is evidence. We believe that the reason for Exetonias non-cooperation is because they have something to hide. Why else keep this facility behind closed doors if there is nothing to hide? Such furtive action is the very hallmark of any criminal enterprise.

ooc: since this is to do with many nations, i would like to make it clear, what happens in my country is down to me i.e: you will find nothing illegal since, there is nothing illegal going on and, compensation will be sought

A team of scientists is being assembled, led by Dr Kelly Davids. They should be ready to depart in approximately two weeks. We expect full cooperation, or the sanctions will remain in place.

our military forces are unable to back down unless Dol Suquait is informed of the nations that will be present, so that they may be contacted and a diplomatic status created. No worries there, I could say the same back about the research facility but, we are opening our doors to your inspectors out of good will. The aircraft will not be borded and to make sure of this, another 500 EEG's will be posted at the airport to stop anyone except your own in spectors from barding the aircraft. On another note, the civil avionics industry of Exetonia is interested in purchasing 5 of these super sonic jets for commercial use. How much would they cost us?

We would like mto point out nthat since we are within UN policies that A: your sanctions are illegal. I would like to say that I support Exetonia's actions. How he can come up with a use for atoms for healthcare is beyond me, but maybe he's got better people in the medical field. I guess you could use 'em for X-rays or Chemotherapy or Radiation treatement. You could probably come up with ways to make them eat through cholesterol, now that I think about it.....Anyway, we'd like to say that we don't think his actions are illegal, though we will change our mind if the Shildonians happen to find anything that proves otherwise, which we think he will not, but I guess if he wants to check, he's got to pay inspectors, and jet fuel, and everything, so it's his loss for the most part, except that Exetonia may have to halt activity so they can check well. The more stable form of uranium would be a great asset to the world, by making nuclear power both safer and slightly more efficient, the idea of killing harmfull germs before they enter the body is quite revolutionary, instead of fighting the infection once it arrives, which has always been the basis of medicine. Also it is believed that the combined use of radiation and cloning will provide the key to medicine for many years to come

Jesus. You are a 5 day old nation. You do NOT have nukes yet, nor can you build them yet. I don't care what you say, you're not doing this realistically. You want a realistic time line for how long till you have a decent nuclear weapon? 3 or 4 NS years, which, if you're not being a godmoddish n00b like some people and having that as a week, should be 2-4 real life months. I myself do not even have nukes yet; Oct. 30th I will have finished development of my first rudimentary nuclear weapon, I won't have a decent one till the end of November. Also, having uranium deposits means nothing. For that you need to enrich the uranium to military grade, which a nation of your size couldn't really afford to do in mass quantities. Also, despite the fact that you have other nations working with you, they're n00bs too. You could have 100 nations working together, but 100 times 0 is still pretty much 0. Summary: Get real, this is as bad as week old nations claiming to be selling aircraft carriers.

Every country has to start somewhere. He is starting commercial nuclear research, ergo it is for medical treatment and power production. As long as he keeps a huge distance between just researching and actually producing a nuke, we see no godmodding/powergaming/etc. going on here.

We will also continue trading with Exetonia, including any information we have to keep their commercial reactors safe and their medical equipment effective. Any sensitive information about weapons is being kept tight-lidded to prevent this from blowing up out of proportion.

Chief Scientist: As of this moment, there is no 'public' use avaliable for treatents to certain ailments however, we have managed to create a more stable form of Uranium which, when combined (at low levels of radiation) with gene therapy managed to remove all tarces of an illness found in our national animal. We are hpoing to begin human tests within the next year and maybe release a new medicine within 2. That is all for now.
