The alliance will be called N00D, or the n00b orginazation of defense.

This alliance will have three goals: To protect n00b nations from their own stupidity, to presuade the n00bs not to godmod, and to be the clean-up crew for n00b wars. ONLY NATIONS WITH 400 MILLION+ POPULATION CAN JOIN.

Why? Because n00bs can't do anything. What I'm looking for are nations with large amouts of NS experence and RP skills. I know who RPs and who doesn't. I browse the forums every day with a more well known nation I also use for RPing.

Voting: Voting will take place at our forums, which are not yet created. Every member will have 2 vote points. The high chairmen will have 3. What will happen is a member will post a thread that they think we need to interfere with. Then we vote. If the votes ends with a more than 25% for it, then it will be decided upon by me and the high chairmen. If the votes for is more than 50%, go ahead with the assualt.

Positioning: As you show your skill (or have already shown it in the forums) in RPing and helping with n00b wars, you will become a high chairman. This is more important (especially in voting) because: As stated before, you get three votes, and when the vote is close, it is up to the High Chairmen to decide.

Members must abide by these rules:
You will not godmod in n00b wars. This gives n00bs an even worse example.
You will NEVER declare war on a fellow member.
Do not join a n00b war before submitting to the High Chairmen and myself.

I may be interested, but only joining to help direct newer member and correct mistakes.

Furthermore, I must add that how the hell is a new person supposed to gain ground here when all of the older nations jump down their throats the second they make to speak. Back off some. They could do right, given the oppurtunity that they have a chance to learn from their mistakes. I am just so utterably tired of hearing all this crap that newer nations screw everything up and they do not know anything, and that they can not do anything right. Last time I checked, we were all new at one point, and I do not think you would have appreciated people jumping at you every move you make just because you were not sure of the workings of the game yet.

Now, that I have established that. I will help only to direct newer members and help them kick off their nation. I will not be part of an organization that dictates what they can and can not do, not saying that this is where this is heading, but in the possibility that something like that may occur.

That's part of what we do. We ONLY attack a n00b when they are being extremely idiotic or spamming. We do help them.

I would change it to Newb, since a Newb is a new person. A n00b is an ass who wants to play a game without learning the rules. Newbs are welcome to NS. n00bs are not. People get their internet lingo mixed up so much these days...

It is not the lingo, it is the way you perceive the matter. It all deals with how you think someone is responding to something. We leave it at that, because I do not feel like going into a tiresome post that no one is going to read anyhow.
