WARNING--NO-FLY ZONE
In response to an attack last night on Vermillion City, Maroxia, we have issued a NO-FLY-ZONE for the whole country. The last incoming flights will be allowed until 12 PM today. All other flights will be moved to Crawfordiana or the Puzzler Islands. Free transportation into and throughout the country will be provided when approved. Military aircraft will be patroling above all of the cities in our country, and any violations WILL be met with armed resistance.
My visiting ambassador must return to his country on emotional grounds, but his jet cannot leave the country. Can you arrange bullet-train or taxi type alternitive? Boats may be neccesary.

As stated, free transportation will be provided when approved. The main route of transportation is canals. We can have him on a boat to Hilton City in nearby Crawfordiana,a dn he may leave from there.
