Declaration of war
My forces are entering the nation of Afromaniacs because of his terrorists around the world.I order my forces to attack the enemy at first sight.I also order my air forces to bomb the towns and cities and demolish the nation of the AFROMANIACS NOW!!!

The minister of war in the Imperial nation of Shentoc graciously asks Cadets Rifle to back down. If the opposing nation rises and answers with an attack before Cadets Rifle fires a shot, then perhaps war is warranted. Shentoc understands the need to remove terroristic threats, but will not condone such action until proof of this threat is shown. even if the threat becomes clear, allow shentoc to take care of it. we believe we are much more suited for the job than you.

OOC: Seeing as how he's not exactly a really really new nation, I don't think anyone should intervene unless their call of duty (i.e. alliances etc) forces them to.
