For the past few weeks, scientists from the nation of Johnistan have aided the scientists of Euroslavia to contruct a nuclear power plant. It has been finished and now, they have moved on to show Euroslavia how to enrich uranium to create nuclear weapons. Now that scientists have this knowledge, the world has one more nuclear power. We thank the nation of Johnistan for their help, and pledge that nuclear weapons will only be used in a last defense.

well put, though Omz222 is right...after I got slammed in mid-June *luckily by conventional weapons* I invested HEAVILY in anti-missile defense, and now am pratically impenetrable except by HUGE attacks...Omz got a good idea their...no suprise.

The Rogue Nation of Boarde would like to congratulate you on this recent accomplishment. (Just make sure you country doesn't have subway for lunch or they might use this defense as an offence) Boarde would become a Nuclear power but we just feel the need to do that. Nuclear Weapons shouldn't be built. Instead the technology should be researched (we'd be blocking the progression of technology elsewise), but the investment in more-efficient tactical precision weapons and trained commandos would allow for an overthrow of a government overnight, without compensating in human lives. Blitzkrieg tactics.
