HV-II Light
The HV-II Light Battle Suit is a suit that is not ment for pitched battles. It is made of matierials that produce a VERY light armor,j that is good for gorilla-warfare tactics. It can be put on in about a minute. Some of the specs are:
-night vision built into helmet
-radar
-helmet adapts to most standered weapons providing a targeting recticle
This suit is on sale now for 5,000$ a suit
HV-II Medium
Kythr has discovered a very interesting crystal combination that when powderd and mix with a mix of ,water and molten wax, carbomenothyte and a few other chemicals, produces a very durable substance. This substance can be formed into a very high tech armor that resists energy bolts, and turns it into energy for the suit. If the suit runs out of energy though, it will not reflect any bolts. The armor is of medium weight, and can be put on in a about 5 minutes.
Some of the special features include:
-almost energy resistant
-the suit is very flexible
-comes with a helmet that has night vision built in, and reacts immediatly to reduce glare from light sources
-radar
-helmet adapts to allstandered weapons providing a targeting recticle
The suits are now on sale for 7,500$ each.
HV-II Heavy
The HV-II heavy is like the medium suit in most areas, except that the suit comes with a battery that keeps the energy field charged. If jthe battery is at full strength, the suit reflects all energy bolts back to the firer. If the battery isnt at full strength, the energy bolt is absored to recharge the battery. Some specs are:
-full protective helmet with built in HUD system
-Hud system adapts to all enegy type weapos (ex. plasma, beam, sonic etc.) to provide a targeting recticle
-radar
-mirrors built in to see arond corners and behind the soldier wearing the armor
This is on sale at 10,000$ a suit.
CV-III
The CV-III battlearmor is a battle suit ment for heavy special forces that are ment to destroy forces as large as ten times the size of the force wearing this armor. It is like the HV-II Heavy, except it's battery is in a battery recharger, allowing the battery to never run out. It produces a force field that will stop fire from energy type cannons that are beyond 25 meters. ANy bolts aimed at it will be either deflected, or absored. It comes with a gun, the RX-III, which is a heavy repeating plasma blaster that is only sold with the suit. All absorbed energy shots will power the guns battery. The battery also comes in a charger that is able to attach directly to the gun. Some of the specs. are:
-full protective helmet with built in HUD system
-Hud system adapts to all enegy type weapos (ex. plasma, beam, sonic etc.) to provide a targeting recticle
-radar
-mirrors built in to see arond corners and behind the soldier wearing the armor
-targeting recticle has an option to follow a moving enemy, or just to stay still. If the option to follow is chose, the recticle follows the enemy. It also can jbe made to lead an enemy, for enemys that shots would get to spot the enemy was at by the time the enemy was gone.
Some specs for the Rx-III
-repeats plasma fire at one shot a second
-plasma beam is 2.5 inches wide, and can reach targets at up to 50 meters away
-the gun is covered by the battle suits shield to protect it
This suit is priced at 30,000$ a suit

GUNS

YD-I
The YD-I is a gunj powered by an ion battery. When attached to any Kythn made armor, it is recharged.
Specs:
-3 lbs.
-1 ft long
-fires 1cm beam of ion/plasma
-targeting recticle
-2x, 5x scope
-built in darts on top of gun that explode after attaching to target
Price: 5000$ a gun

More guns to be added

Sounds especially impossible for a nation that's only six days old. You may be pushing on the realms of reality here, comrade.

Forgetting age, and realistic production, I'm thinking anything with sulfur in it isn't all that safe. You know, the whole flamable thing...Yeah, I was going to add something along those lines, but NS was/is being bitchy.

Isn't this stuff supposed to protect against energy? Well, if sparks or energy cause it to explode, I guess it really doesn't work now, does it?
24-10-2003, 00:56
The sulfer was just realized to have bad reactions. It creates stronger armor, but some of our troops who have this armor on died. We have changed it to a different substance, but one that makes the shield blocking most energy bolts work not as well. Oh, and the armor ABSORBS the energy it gets hit by. Eventually the shield dies out, and batteries can be puchased for 100$ each. We will try to improve this armor when we have more tech.

Actually, anything could block energy better than sulfer. Sulfer kinda does this explodey-thing when it touches bolts of energy, or sparks for that matter.

I never considered the explosion risk... heh heh, if a platoon took this into battle, there'd be a bunch of Till Lindemann wannabes running around the battlefield.

I suggest this item be taken off the market, just to avoid any problems with A) saftey for soldiers and B) obsessive NS players who declare this godmodding. :)
24-10-2003, 01:02
IF YOUD READ MY MESSAGE, I JUST TOOK SULFER OUT OF THE ARMOR!! Now, we've added a substance that is able to absorb the bolts to a certain extent.
P.s. if your talking about goddmodding, look at Rathr's post. talk about godmodding.

I'll buy 5 of the heavy ones for testing.
05-11-2003, 12:44
We have found that while the suits do not preform as well in some aspects, they exceed with the whole reflectability issue. We'll require 5 more for testing, and then we'll send you some mods. that could be made top improve them.
06-11-2003, 12:49
Again, these suits are not the best for combat against anything but energy bolts. We suggest that you add or change some compound to make the siut more resistant to plasma, ion, etc. bolts.
06-11-2003, 12:49
We'll purchase 5 for testing.
