How do you make an army? if any one knows how please help. I realy need help.

As the only war in this game is role-played, your army just has to fit your nation's status. For example: If you, a new nation, declared war on a rival, you couldn't attack them with 5 million infantry. That's at this point your entire population, so other nations would think you were godmoding. That simply means they think (and they're usually right) you're just blowing steam at them and your claims aren't realistic. So, in battle, if someone attacks you, then you can't say "my soldiers absorbed that with their personal shield projectors." Ain't gonna work.
