OOC: Hey i got question i think i have been here long enugh but im just makeing sure...do you think i have been here long enough to start a nuclear weapons program?

em, no. People can give you nukes no matter how old you are. (that's how I got mine :wink: )
anyway, you can have nukes when you are about 150 million. not very many, but still 2-3

Uh, you can do with much less than 500 million. France, Britain, Israel all have nuclear weapons. If you want to invest the money you could have a few nuclear bombs with 50 to 60 million people.
It's a senseless waste of money for a new nation though. Focus on getting infrastructure and industry up and running. As a 3 day old nation you only have the enemies you make for your self.
It depends on your economy. I have 10,000 ICBM's, but only 3,500 Nuclear warheads.
