of course we can use other forms of embargo, such as Coms jamming (disruption of civilian broadcast and communications systems isn't actually an act of war, it only becomes such when you use it against military and governemnt systems).

OK, so you allowed your self to be vollentarily anenxed, fine, but that doesn't excuse the flagrent human rights violations, selling of slaves, and supporting terrorist groups. . . your fragged one way or the other, just as you would be if you simply started selling your women and children rather than with the anexation. OOC: hence the vested interest proviso which dominates most of the world today (ie if the UK governemnt actually listened to the population and hadn't buggered thing sup so much, do you honestly thing the various depots would still exist in africa) thankfully on NS we no longer have this porblem and our governments are free to act on the will of the people.
OOC: again in the Rw there are problems but here we have much much better fleets far more siuted to the task.
as to coms jamming, that just makes our job easier, i hope your leaders enjoy watching thier non existant DVDs and videos and lsitening to thier non existant records, tapes and CDs as they won't have anything else to watch or listen to appart from the CFBC.
