HHmmm who to vote for is indeed a deep question, lets consider our choices:
Captain america: gung ho action amn whom as far as we can see never actually thinks deeply about anything, far too blindly patriotic to be flexable enough as a world leader and is still fighting agains the naxi's 50 years after WW2...
Batman: deeply troubled individual, often has trouble with exact defiantions of good and evil, his apreiciation of the shades of gray might bode well for a govenremnt minister as does his business knowledge, however is far too introverted and shy to make a good figure head.
Spierman: Clean upstanding hero, some greya reas and personal problem, brilliant self publicist, seemingly well educated and bright with experience in the political world of journalism, widely involved with members of the mutant sections of the populance, gets on with wolverine now and then.
Superman: brilliant scholar (all those years in the ice cave) and has been trained to be a leader of nations (after all he is a blooming prince) rahter rigid in his morals althoughhe has had good journalistic experience. unfortunatly the fact that he is a laien disqualifies him in our view.
In conclusion we esitamte that Spierman aka peter parker would make the best choice.

I'd have to say it's between Cap'n and Supe....havent decided yet. Batman is and has been a loner, he's got WayneCorp, but that's Bruce Wayne... He never was a frontman leader, dont think he will be either.
Spider-Man, while intelligent and determined, might not want the job. If it's forced upon someone, then they have no choice but accept, however I only see two to choose from, not four.
