We, as a soverign nation under no warring threats have decided to transfer our country to the ownership of the Confederacy of Atlantica. From this point on, all production of C3 Howitzers of all type, C2 Tanks of all type and the Mark series of self propelled howitzers has ceased until further notice. The Republic of New Democrats will remain however, a state in the Confederacy and will still have some independance, but will now speak through the Confederacy, as will the Kingdom of Benk, which was recently annexed by us. We wish to transfer all alliances to this new empire. As a final act, any remaining ships of the Lima Beans fleet has been banned from the waters surrounding our coast. That is all.
