OOC: Help me brainstorm
Ok, its really sad when a game takes over your life. NationStates has done this to me.
I've been going crazy for the past 2 hours trying to think of an Idea for a new alliance. Something to base it on, a reason.
I would appriciate some help.

(dejectedly) I thought it was a good idea.
The RP alliance never worked out. Everyone was on different time zones and people lost intrest.
I got one made now.

How about "The Axis of Just As Evil". Sorta like present day Iran/Syria/North Korea. :P
Seriously, think about this from the other side. Get a piece of paper, start writing and work this through the other way. Some simple ideas are:
• A coalition of those who were enslaved and have just thrown off their oppressors
• Environmentalists dedicated to preserving the environment
• Technocratic societies (but beware of becoming the "Borg")
• Theocratic societies (Religion IS government, but you'd need to be careful of the Religious bashing people.....)
• Or just plain idolistic societies (worshipping say, Jerry Springer of the Teletubbys or something).
Trust me, RP the idea. Work it out. :D
