Bodies of 227 soldiers returned to Grunge-France

Today, acting Premier Milka Dynestravich gave the order for the recently discovered bodies and remains of 227 Grunge-French soldiers to be returned to their homeland.
The Navastroya's act of goodwill is hoped to be the first stone in what Dynestravich has called the building of 'a solid foundation of friendship between Grunge-France and Galdania.'

Some are from the First Grunge-French War, some are from the Second.
And yes, Celack...some of them could very well be Celackians (or whatever your people are called)...I assume Grunge-France would be able to tell, through DNA testing and such. But some of the remains are pretty decomposed...But some were naturally mumified by Galdania's winter...

We appreciate this Galdanian decission to send to our nation all the bodies: there, we will conduct the proper tests to define if all of themare Grunge-French or from other nations.
We invite Galdania to stablish an ambassy in Grunge-France (you will be able to send 20 armed galdanian soldiers and as many diplomats you need).
A memorial will be built to honor the fallen soldiers in the war (both galdanian and grunge-french soldiers).
(OOC: Is it just me or has Galdania tried this before...something about Communism being abandoned, and good relations strike anyone's bells?)

OOC: Well, there was a capitalist coup that was crushed, and, due tot the fact that the communist vote was split, the capitalists ended up getting into power (before a communist coup) with 19% of the vote.
In fact, when Grunge-French-Galdanian relations were a their height, Grigor Illich Ulanov, a man much like Stalin, was Premier of the nation.
