The United States of Grootsku would like to purchase the following:
1.5 Million M-16 Riffles
500,000 AKs
250,000 Hand Guns
These weapons will go into arming our nations troops, as we have 2million inlisted as a new mandatory Enlistment. We will draft 5000 new soldiers every two days.
The person who is selling we would like you to send a tele cause we will need to purchase tons more in the near future, im trying to stay on budget here.

Your army is way too big, even with a manditory draft, you should not have more than 5% of your soldiers in the armed forces at nay given time. . . unless of course you really wnat to be shooting your economical structure in the foot. With five million citizens, you could sustain a quarter of a million active at any given time. . . now if you want to do what I'm doing and have essentialy all of your citizens in the military, woul would have to break it down into active, and reserve forces, the vast, vast majority in reserve. . . as I stand I have 965 million, 1% is active duty about 9 million troops, that breaks down into 3 legions of Takian Imperial Guard *1 million each legion* 4 million in the Takian Space Navy, 1 million in the Space Marines and 1 million in the Takian Imperial Army. . . if a war breaks out I can call in about 5% for a drawn out struggle, or 10% if a quick victory is garenteed, that meanse I get only 48 million durring wars, as the quick victory is a rare event indeed. Hope this helps, but it should let you conserve on that budget, as you'll only be neededing a quarter of a million assault rifles, and everyone else will ahve ot be content with what they can puchase on thier own.
I did not realize guns cost so much. Perhaps you can tell me how many guns i can buy with 10billion dollars. As for the mandatory draft, I did not know that perhaps you can aid me in the developing stages of my nations send me a tele.

I would recomend AK47's for your nation, they cost about 200 a weapon, or you could be a real rebel and go the old bolt action rout, they cost about 150-100 per rifle, you don't have to worry about buying them persay, simply have part of your industry produce them.
