So you use a whole 4billion to pay all your civil servants, biuld and maintain roads, run some sort of educational and health system and look after your enviroment. even at the height of the cold war the US found it difficult to spend more than a quater of thier budget on defence...

Cool, so your soldier will over-throw the government and proclaim himself king or something, so he can get his family an egg or something.

The Theocracy of Allawi wishes to announce that the Holy Druzian Empire has indeed annexed Allawi. Allawi shall function as a semi-autonomous region of the Holy Druzian Empire.

We, however, accept this as just because we were once part of Druze.

Allawi has withdrawn from the United Nations and will function as part of the Holy Druzian Empire.
