The Nation of Transylpublistan would like to announce a breakthrough in it's defense capabilities. Being a peace-desiring nation, Transylpublistan has no weapons for offensive use. Instead, Intellicorp, Transylpublistan's largest defense contractor, has developed a new safety net that prevents any attack to occur on Transylpublistan soil. It is known simply as TransNet.
As a guideline, all ground-based attack vehicles will have their weapon systems disabled as well as their drive systems. All sea-based attack vehicles will receive similar treatment if they enter Transylpublistan waters without expressed permission. All air-based attack vehicles will have their weapons disabled and their Fly-By-Wire systems programmed to reverse course towards the nearest border. All missiles will have their guidance systems overridden and will be reprogrammed to fly in a vertical pattern into the outer atmosphere, where they will then be detonated. All bombs and rockets will be overridden and detonated at a safe distance from both the launch vehicle and any possible targets.
While the details are classified, it is safe to assume that the majority of this TransNet technology stems from Transylpublistan's intensive and extensive research into EMP and low-orbit satellite technologies.
As it stands, there is no plan to warn any vehicles of their disarming and disabling. THIS STATEMENT IS TO BE CONSIDERED SUFFICIENT WARNING. All vehicles and weapons will be disabled upon entering Transylpublistan. This is not to be seen as a malicious or offensive act, it is done solely to protect the people and property of Transylpublistan.
This technology is not exclusive. It is available to any nation allied to Transylpublistan via endorsement. While the details of the technology will not be given, the allied nations will be given the protection of TransNet solely at operating cost.

Any declarations posted in response to this note will not be recognized, as the leaders of Transylpublistan rarely venture into this forum. Any declarations should be directed to the leaders of Transylpublistan themselves, via the messenger function that is part of the NationStates interface.
