IterGalactic space alliance or IGSA
This alliance will be based off some of the rules of the GA alliance. The IGSA alliance will have rules and many leaders and positions and elections for positions.


IGSA government:
Positions in IGSA alliance:
Founder and/or president
Description: This person is allowed to eject people from the IGSA also allowed to make major decisions.

High council Chairmen:
Description: A high council Rep is one closest to the top, they are the ones who make the decisions. They also can come up with idea's for the alliance.

High council Member:
Description: They are next in line as rank, they are allowed to vote on ideas to see if it is passed on to the high council. Also they cane bring up topics for voting to see if it is passed on to the high council.

Member:
Description: This is just a regular member, members are allowed to come up with topics for voting.

Position numbers:
President/founder: 1 or 2

High council Chairmen: 10

High Council Members: 20

Members: Unlimited



How it works:
Voting:
If a regular member wants to suggest a topic for voting then they would send it to me or the president. Then me or the president would see if it is appropriate then if it is then me or the president would come to the IGSA thread and post the topic and who it was suggested from. Then it would be voted on by all members in the alliance. If it got a vote over 50% then it would be passed on to the next level. Once it has been passed the high council members and chairmen. Then the high council members and chairmen vote on the topic. If the topic gets more than a 60% vote it is passed on to the High council chairmen. If then the topic gets more than 50% vote it will be approved and accepted into the alliance.

Rules:
1)All members of the alliance are not allowed to attack or show any sort of threats to any other member in the alliance.

2)All members most be open to trade with any other member in the alliance.

3)All technology developed by any nations in the alliance does not have to be shared unless developer wishes so.

4)If a alliance member is in a war and needs help it will not go threw the normal voting, only the high chairmen and president and founder will vote on it.

5)All wars that are started by a alliance member must be for a IC reason with good supporting evidence.

6) No member/members shall godmod for as long as they want to stay in the IGSA.

(If there any rules you think should be added please tell me, only members can add rules)

Also all members in the IGSA will be under Nano softs Missile protection program.

The Armed Republic of Setian-Sebeceans requests to join the IGSA. We will donate the blueprints for our Defensive Satilites. We have confidence in this alliance.

Can I lead a divison of the IGSA, called the Coalition for Protected Planets. So we can protect planets of the week.

His Majesty, Emperor Gustav Alderman I of the Empire of Valinon, is very interested in joining this alliance but first we have a few requests. First we do not wish to be under the missile protection of Nano soft, we feel that we can maintain our own security. Secondly we wish to know if we can still restrict trade on products that are illegal within the boundaries of the Empire, but are legal in other nations (IE illegal/legal drugs along with certain military technologies). Third, and finally, the Empire of Valinon will reserve the right to withdraw from this alliance at any time it does see fit. Please respond as soon as possible.
