Ladies and Gentlemen, the Army is encircleing the Presidents Mansion. President Taylor is under seige. He has made an appeal to the Federation of North Arkansas for assistance. The Army has freed fromer President Roosevelt and a military Junta has declared Roosevelt rightful President. The Constitution has been surpressed and the members of the Senate and House of Representatives have been placed under house arrest. Church services have been outlawed and members of the recall committie have been taken away to an undisclosed location.
This paper is now under the control of the Military. All news organizations have been taken over by the military.

In an early morning raid, 15 Tu-160 Bombers attacked a military base 30 miles south west of Tulsa, North Arkansas.
ooc: at this point, I can declare what was destroyed, or you can say we missed or if we hit, then say what we hit.
Radar detects the 15 Tu-160 bombers coming in at high supersonic speed. a battery of Phonenix Hawk SAM's fires off at the Batavian Bombers. 10 of the missiles are decoyed by flares from the Batavian planes, 7 missiles hit. 5 Bombers are brought down, 1 bomber is damaged and forced to flee.
The 8 remaining tu-160's continue on their course. A second volley of standard Sams are fired. 4 more planes are hit, 2 are brought down. The Bombers slow to sub-sonic speed to drop their bombs. Triple A rattles off at them several hits are scored on the planes. Bombs fall.
The Bombs hit. 3 barracks eurupt in flames. One garage of Mig Fighters is destroyed, taking 20 Mig-21's with it. A Aircraft maintanence shed is destroyed along with 3 Tu-160 bombers being serviced in it. ANother Bomb destroys a bridge across the Arkansas River. 5 tanks headed toward Oklahoma City are destroyed their crews are killed.
The City of Shawnee is hit. 15 civilian homes are destroyed, 5 families are killed. The local high school is bombed the gym falls on 300 kids at P.E.
Fire fighters battle flames for the rest of the day and into the night.

Forces of North Arkansas are on the retreat. We pull back to Pryor and Tahelquah . Our forces are being beefed up there.
The Vermont fleet is suddenly attacked by Submarine. Spies along the New York Coast spotted the fleet coming down and reported back to HQ. Unknown Number of Subs were in the area and convened on the spot.

Slight problem might exist if East Tennessee declares neutral. they have not so far. Military aggrements allow overflight of Mount Eagle and East Tennessee territory.
Low Gap, which is located in an area streaching from Tulsa to the Panhandle of Oklahoma, Up to the lower third of Nebraska, and down into a funnel like area between Huston texas and Galvistan. The Milage is about 1,300 Miles at the extreme, between the borders of Low Gap and Mount Eagle. Low Gap is bigger than Mount Eagle.
Steens Valley Declares war on Low Gap. We can send 120,000 Troops, about 50 Medium heavy battle tanks and equiptment in 3 weeks. We can use our airforce now against Low Gap and we have a modest navy which will escort our forces to your territory.

At about 2:30 AM Central Time, the United States 101 airborn landed in Southern Arkansas and re-took Texarkana. There was no resistance and our forces also seized the airforce base outside of that city. The 82nd will be flying in today some time.

This force reaches Wolverine Michigan by night fall.
Upper Canadian forces are caught in central Michigan, when the WS armies flood across the border. Several forces attempt to withdraw in an attempt to move northward (About 250 Miles north that is) but a counter attack by Quebec-Labrador forces shatters their resolve. A third of Upper Canada falls to West Sasquatchwa (Pardon my spelling) In hours. This attack is devistating.

1. As Low Gap forces pursue Dark Canyon forces toward Pueblo, They come under attack from hidden forces near the low canyons. This is similar to a hanniable manouver. A weaker force draws the stronger into a confined space and stronger forces on either side destroy the attacking force.

2. Low Gap forces that remain in New Orleans surrender. They believe that newfoundland-Labrador will as well.,

Today, Supreme Soviet President Malcom announced that all fighting in Low Gap has ended. The Allied Powers will occupy Low Gap for the forseeable future. Also, Allied Powers will remain in place in North Arkansas. Judge Bean has requested assistance.
A message has arrived from the United States requesting Peace Terms. The Supreme Soviet has Rejected any terms from the United States and states only Unconditional Surrender is allowable.
The Scene is of total destruction. Fires rage everywhere in the Captial City. The lone Jeep approaches a campsite area. At this site, there is a huge tent.
The Army jeep is stopped by solders from Zosser and Seminole Tribes.
