I'm selling naval ports for foreign countries who want jump off positions. Each port costs 500 million annually and will be under the eye of 100 400mm Macabean guns (in case you decide to do anything funky).

If our guns do anything foolish you have a full gaurantee that we will pay for any ships damaged or destroyed and reimburse you fully.

The following ports can hold up to 300 ships (of course the ships vary is size):

Gibraltar
Valencia
Cartagena
Huelva
Sevilla
Bilbao
Magrat Del Mar
Ogrono
Puerto Real (on the otherside of the future Macabean naval base of Puerto Del Rey)

Well my 400mm guns are enough for protection.. I dont want to get too heavy or it may be a threat to your own security (acting as if you weren't sure, im sure of hell not going to attack you since its buisness).

Dismember the 400mm guns and we'll pay one billion for Gibraltar.

1 billion paid how many times (sure not annually, I wouldn't jack someone like that). And yes the guns can be left without crews.

And for Arribistan, there has to be a renewable period because after a while those 10 billion will be a pretty low cost, taking in that its a threat to my national security. I say every 20 years 10 billion.

Ehhh.... um well I own these cities, they are port cities in my empire... I just named my cities after cities in Spain (although Gibraltar was named for the peninsula and the city in the peninsula owned by the UK).

2) The names are the same, the geography is different therefore its not in such a strategic area. The only strategic area in the main empire is Puerto del Rey but in my territories which are not rented out, there are many areas.

These cities are under my control, its just the port area which is controlled by the people renting it out, thats why I have big guns in the places where people have not bought them off.

Actually Sevilla (in NS life) is located on the very corner of the western tip of the empire. Its border to the south is about 50km from the international Macabean border which is in turn defended by the Macabean line.

Its strategically importance is mainly how its a jumping off place for your navy in case of a war nearby, and its well placed, centrally on the NS globe.

Other than that the natural form of the harbor allows for maximum protection. In fact, its a bowl shape with two peninsula jutting out with 4 300mm guns which are rented out to you and are yours (not to be mixed up with the 400mm guns).

Also, if your enemies somehow sieze the ports while at war I have the duty, even if it flings me into the conflict, to automatically begin to fire on them since they havent paid. :lol:

Very well, as soon as you confirm this I will begin to form a Naval Squadron to be based there as a quick reaction force, if you would care to know for security purposes or anything the exact makeup of the force that will be stationed there is being telegrammed to you.
