It's all roleplay, you just need to write *Money wired* or whatever, and you roleplay the use of your army.

When you see a military topic in the forum, click on it. Take a look at the merchandise, then post a bid for tihe item(s) you want. As an example, today, I was on a topic about tanks & other vehicles. I just posted: "put me down for 5 tanks. -money sent-.
also, you might want to let your nation grow a bit, so your economy can handle your large figure 8)
