1.All who join must agree to abide by Genesis law at all times.You will not engage in war with any other memebers,or members allies.

2.You are required to participate in voting for Alliance representatives.

3.You are required to donate a small portion of military to the Genesis Alliance Army.A power that will only be weilded when absolutely necessary.

4.A trade and mutual enemy pact will be in order.

How can you declare independence from something that does not require you to give up your independence? Yes, you resigned from the alliance. Yes, you can leave the alliance. But no, you can not declare independence from it. As to our knowledge, the alliance is not a nation, and as such, declaring independence from it is impossible.

Independance,in the way it was statedwas that Trailers is no longer a part of the GA.Same meaning as the word seceed.
