The Republic of CoreWorlds would like to announce that we have recently acquired our first trade treaty with the Empire of the Imperial Navy. The treaty was signed and passed by both nations in the space of a NS week (1 RW day). if anyone wishes to read the terms of the treaty, here they are:
Trade Treaty #1
We hereby declare that we will open Trade Routes between our two nations, and will continue to keep said Trade Routes open until as such time as both nations choose to stop trading. If said Trade Routes are disrupted by an enemy nation(s), then we shall levy punitive measures on said enemy nation(s) as determined by both trading nations.
It's simple, but it works.
