I assure you, I have an IQ bearing close to gifted (140). It's the other nations that should be under this law. Would you like to reiterate the statement to all nations that had posted senselessness instead?

Ooooooooooo. Ha! Rookies such as Syncomp15 declare war more often than they change their diapers.

Alright. Didn't I just tell you to shut up in the other Declaration on War thread?

One: YOU'RE a rookie.

Two: You're both tiny and need to learn to wait your turn.

Three: You're just going to end up embarassing yourself.

Four: You're obviously too full of yourself to take the time to look in the stickies and figure out what it is that your doing wrong.

And Five: It's a miracle you haven't whipped out your nonexistant arsenals to nuclear weapons by now.

Please follow this advice before you make even more of yourself. I may sound insulting, and hopefully is, but it'll help you in the long run.

The Republic of Ancient Terra:

1.) Wishes to add that we will stand with Roania. Although the great nation of Roania obviously does not need our help, we do not wish to invite their wrath upon us.

2.) We advise all nations less than a month old to please back down from your warmongering. Psychological warfare is about as effective as trying to put somebody's eyes out with a lollypop. It is not worth going to war over, however going to war over something as trivial as an insult is sure to invite the wrath of powerful nations upon you.

3.) I suggest the newer nations read the stickied threads in Nationstates, International Incidents, Technical, and Moderation. Better nations have been banned for less.

The Dominion of Kotterdam strongly cautions against this course of action. The DKS John Ashley and her battlegroup have been dispatched to the area to monitor the situation. They will take no action at this time unless they are themselves acted against. However, we warn the United Socialist States of Syncomp15 and the Holy Empire of The Druze that something as reckless and wasteful as a war over something so minor as a petty insult would cause us to take drastic action to resolve the situation.

We join with the Republic of Ancient Terra in calling for a peaceful end to this situation before it spirals out of control. Things will go very badly indeed if they progress to the point where Dominion intervention is neccesary.

(ooc: Heh, Baladir. Unfortunately, I'm not a new nation, just resurrected. :D However, I would like to add I got everything right the first time around. Despite what the younger nations may think, the veteran nations such as Roania ARE trying to help you. I guarantee you'll have more fun running your nation in your first few weeks than you will if you get turned into a radioactive parking lot. :lol:)

I am, however, a genuine newbie with a firm understanding of the rules and regulations of this game. I can understand the limits of my nation and I give reason as well as proof to my actions.

An example (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=81075&start=0&postdays=0&postorder=asc&highlight=), of my research and development division requesting grants and technical knowledge from other nations as I know that my nation can not support them alone.

First off, stop arguing, it gets you nowhere. 5/6 of you that are posting on this forum are rookies, including me. Though my nation does have superiority over yours.
Second off, declaring war for no reason just gets you into trouble. There are many older nations that take pride in their "peace keeping efforts"- and most of the time those efforts are just destroying the person who origionally declared war.

Ssakura is absolutely right. Several of the older nations insist that they are "anti-warmongerers"...a fancy way to say they'll smack down any younger nation that starts a war for some stupid reason.
