Diode Flats: We take your nutbags.
Diode Flats has received several requests from neighboring areas to house or otherwise contain their mentally ill, insane and criminally insane.
We are now stating that we will gladly accept any and all peoples with mental disruptions and/or problems. We have the proper housing and care, and we understand how to look after them properly. A fee, depending on the size of the shipment, will be required. A one time fee of 300 Smacks ($300 USD) per person. All serious offers will be considered.
Also, we sell subjects for human testing/Armed Services. Subjects may exhibit some mental disruptions and/or problems. Prices negotiable.

The United Socialist States of Chicken Island would like to purchase your insane for "rehabilitation" and "research".
We would like to purchase thirty of your most violent patients. As you well know, we are running out of test subjects for our 'special forces' project.

The US of Credonia supports your nation in wanting to help house the mentally disordered, however, it doest not support the sale of any human subject for testing.

30 of our most "special" "patients" are now en route to your lovely country. We have added an extra 10 "patients", just in case any kill each other during transport.

Diode Flats appreciates your concern on this subject, but we must insist that we continue with our internal affairs. The seriously mentally ill are of course, housed and well watched. When rehabilitated, our patients are given a medical exam and then are given the choice of remaining in the hospital of their choice, joining the army, signing up for other armies in other nations, or continuing with their lives.
We consider this matter closed.
