Manarth

AutoIngen, Manarth's largest employer, has begun the construction of Atomic Annies, the first and only tactical portable nuclear artillery launcher. Using the small island of Jammassi, off it's coast as a testing ground, the AAs prototypes have exceeded expectations, and full scale production has begun.
Due to the size of the artillery (it takes two large trucks to drive it into possition) only a few (5) will be built each year (1 rl day/ns year).
In addition, Daniel Boone jeep mounted nuclear bazookas will be produced at a similar rate. The Manarth military reminds everyone to be upwind of the target when fireing.
AutoIngen will be selling all of them directly to the Manarthian Armed forces, who are intern selling them to other nations for the low low price of just $750 million apiece for the AA and $500 million per DB. (3 tactical nuclear rounds included per order)
Selling will be done on a first come first serve basis. If your nation is judged too small to recieve nukes, you will not recieve any. The Manarthian Upper House of Parlament reserves the right to refuse any nation the sale of nuclear weapons.
