Often shunned for it's abhorred treatment of the mentally insane, Diode Flats has begun a new and exciting program which they have dubbed "Save the Crazies". The "Save the Crazies" program will put an effective end to the needless torture of patients. Doctor June Himmler, who used patients in experimentation will be charged for the attrocities she has commited.

Dontgonearthere simply Utopia Chips its crazy people, those that are capable of performing every day actions anyway.
A Utopia Chip simply removes a persons ability to commit violent acts. They simply cant, their brain no longer has the ability to consider punching somebody. Its very effective.

Diode Flats is aware of the Utopia Chip. It was mainly developed behind closed doors in our own labratories, but when the chip malfunctioned, it sent an arc of problems through all of our test subjects, rendering them brain dead. Needless to say, we do not use the Utopia Chip today because of these incidents. We also feel that free will is very important. Diode Flats is mainly composed of stone asylums for housing the insane, so we know our way around a defective head.
