CIVIL WAR HAS BROKEN OUT!! HELP RESTORE ORDER!
This is a desperate plea from the Foreign Minister of Warziristan to all peace-loving nations to restore order in Warziristan!!
Civil war has broken out between the two main tribes of Hagrut and Hujrak in Warziristan. The reason for this war is the historic rivalry between the two tribes. The affluent tribe of Guytra, which controls the national government, has joined forces with Hujrak but due to its small size cannot add substance to the forces.
The President of Warziristan, Chukiat Mahak, has been taken into custody by Hagrut and the government has been taken over by its ruthless Chief, Ghaznahj. Ghaznahj has announced that he will execute every member of the old government.
Meanwhile, the Hujrak tribe has besieged the capital, Grazky, and has announced that it will start shelling it in 5 hours if Ghaznahj does not surrender.
Heavy fighting between the two forces is taking place along the Nadfar River, and in the districts of Ghurty and Gudermej. It has been reported that over 10000 have died and another 5000 have been seriously injured.
The President is being detained under horrible conditions in the Hagranf Prison controlled by Hagrut:

The whereabouts of his family are unknown.
The Commander-in-Chief of the Warziristan National Guard has also been taken into custody but his location is still unknown. The army is in disarray and most of its soldiers are beginning to join either Hagrut or Hujrak.
Several members of the Mahak Government are in hiding in the mountains in the northern part of Warziristan but the forces of Hagrut are steadily advancing towards the mountains.

At the time of the announcement, the missiles are on their way to Hagrut strongholds and will reach the target area within 2 minutes.
The President also expresses his concern for the area and offers to hold a peace conference in Boa Vista to end this crisis.

Yes, we have airfields that can hold upto 40 aircrafts in our capital but that is under enemy control.
You can send 10 aircrafts each to Grahh and Frik but you will have to first secure them using ground forces.

Most AA sites in that area have been taken out, 3 C-130 Followed by a couple of F-16 Falcons, are landing in a large empty area of desert , deplyoing 100's of mens and a couple of M113's they are building a small installation area and are heading for the nearest city to preserve peace, more Mh-60 Blackhawk are on there way.
While we cannot at this time commit any troops to combat the civil war, the Senate of the Most Holy Republic of Eredron has issued an official statement condemning the terrorist actions of the rebel forces in Warziristan.
Okay, I shall establish my own airbase in the city where your survivors are hiding out. Engineers will be sent out ASAP to build it.
We have encountered heavy fighting in Bhutr, but only a slow down on our units, we have saved some governemental officials from a governmental building.
