Govnernment Wishes to Hold Meeting with Anit-Govt to Resolve Issues
This is a letter writen to us by Joseph Stalin, our ruler:

All anti-government personel are reqested to attend a council meeting in Frak, our capitol, to discuss our country. To join, simply fill out the bottom part of this form and send it in. Transporation will be provided, courtasy of TICA.

"Wow, this meeting you called has over 340 people attending. Where are you going to fit them all?" said one advisor to Mr. Stalin
"Well," he paused, "Remember that hall that we had built a 2 years back, in downtown Frak?"
"Yes, of course. Frak Council Hall."
"Yes, thats the one."
"Ah, I see sir."

All positions for the meeting are filled. We thank you all.

A phone call between General Frak and Jospeh (Secret)

"Everything is set, sir."
"Perfect. Remember. When I faint, thats the signal. Wait 1 minute and do it."
"Of course"

At the Meeting

A crowd pushes their way into Frak Council Hall, taking their respective seats. Joseph stood at the podium on the stage up front. It was a dome like structure. The rows of chairs reached 3 stories into the clouds.
"Hello."
The meeting had begun.
"As you all know, I am Joseph Stalin, on tonights agenda, we will be covering such issues as the environment, how the country is to be run, the United Nations Council and upcoming events and issues."
The crowd began a light chatter.
"Now, the environ.."
Joseph fell. Several dozen TPA agents rushed to him. They picked him up and carried him out. The chatter started again.
10 seconds later a TPA agent approached the mic.
Silence.
"The Channcelor is ok. He wil be back in 2 minutes."
Silence.
The crowd blabed again.

5 miles from the FCH on the Phone (Secret)

"Everything is in place."
"Well fire damnit."

30 Seconds later

The building burst into ash. 2 cruise missiles had struck the monument, causing it to colapse, leaving no survivors. On the news the next day, a TPA agent made an announcement.
"We are sorry for the loss of all those innocent lives, luckily, our leader was not in the building at the time."
Later, some talk began as to what had happened to the building, the government had not given a reason, nor said that they were looking into it..
And remember, (Secret) means you don't know about it.)
