Our top story to day is of a major earthquake reaching a 6 on the richtor scale has leveled the capital city of exetonia. Many buildings have been leveled and the death toll is unknown. It is believed this fledgling nation has no anti-earthquake measures nor the cash to cope with such and inccident. We cross live to the scene

Richard bryson: You join me here at the site of an uprecidented disaster. The peoples of this city are in shock at the sight beholding them. The death toll stands at 2000 and it is rising. at least 50% of the population are still missing, that is over 9000 people. This is a disaster of monumental proportions. The Confirmed death toll has just risen to 3500, the epicenter has been located close to an underwater WMD test. The state of exetonia is in a state of national disaster. all outgoing cash has been cancelled. The state wishes to ask for aid from any nations near bye. this is a disaster of unprecidented proportions in the history of the region.

The nation of Gorokistan wishes to extend its deepest symapthies at the loss of so many citizens in Exetonia. In response to your request for assistance we are able to send five search and rescue teams to assist in the recovery of your citizens. We wish that we could assist more at this time, but being a fledgling nation our resources are limited. The teams should be set for departure in 36 hours.

Ravea, bieng an older nation, can suppy Extonia with whatever tehy would need; these include food, supplies, clothes, medical help, and whaterver other aid you require. :wink:

The Rogue States of Trouble Makers would like to send our deepest sympathies to those who have sufferred in such a terrible natural disaster. However we do not condone the oppresive nature of the goverment you live under, and wish to offer you asylum from, or the means in which you can overthrow theese criminals of humanity.

We are sending humanitarian aid to your people.

Seeing the resistance to offering aid by some the Gorokistani Finance Minister has been authorized to consider specific requests for aid and to act upon those requests immediately. We also wish to condemn any nation that would take this tragedy as an opportunity to subvert the government of Exetonia.

The government of exetonia thanks those who have begun to send aid and would also like to state that it has closed it's borders to the Trouble makers. Also, all applications to leave the country at this time for Trouble makers have been barred. Being a member state of the UN, Exetonia would like to state that if you have a problem, bring it up with the UN.

Ravea would like to notify Extonia that if the troube makers do indeed make Trouble, Ravea will provide military intervention.

exetonia likes the talk from Spro however, realises that a state that small could not have that sort of force. Exetonia is awaiting the following order

Shouldn't yout army be helping to rebuild? I highly doubt after the near destruction of a city that you can afford to mobilise an army of that size.

And local charities have begun fundraising to provide aid in the form of medical and food supplies, along with tents to provide shelter. The national government regrets is cannot provide any aid itself, as it is currently suffering a massive budget crisis.

exetonia im 40 billion in debt and yes i do have that army.

Renard, the military are not equipped to help and yes, in a state 6mil in size, i could quite easily mobilise an army of 600,000. (conscription)

Renard has a point. I can provide a temporary military if you want. You would be able to rebild quicker. I can send over a total of 500,000 Raven troops and 100 Agents to Extonia. I also have a ready supply of Engineers and EMP at my disposel.

We are ready and able to provide limited financial assistance in defense and support of our neighbor and any country that is standing with them. It is hoped though that tensions will not escalate and this dispute can be settled through diplomatic channels.
