Message from the War Department
General Gorbechev

"The current C3 AII is only good for short range strikes. We wish to make a variant of it with a dedicated engineer variant of the C2 Leopard Tank (Storing the crew and ammo). However this costs money. We currently have 10 million USD granted from Bereza. We require another 60 million. Any nation that pledges its support will recieve the plans and the ability to build and sell these vehicles."

This would be an excellent tactical strike vehicle. Those that ordered the C3 Howitzer know how reliable it is.

Gone into the public as well as military spending. But I suppose those schools don't need that many books

Due to a lack of support, these pieces will be developed by my nation entirely and can only be built by my nation. They will go on sale within the next few months at an approximate cost of 1.2 million per piece.

I will pay the remaining 50 million dollars. I expect that I will be able to create these, and sell them too.
