dont u just deal with issues and add people to dossier and joining other alliances i dont see tax change buttons or tank buying or is this fantasy RP?

Its RP,the issues you answer can change your taxes though,and if you want more issues you can submit your own from the issues page

my issues r mainly boring and take a day to get rid of em.

Well the only thing to stop them being boring is to submit your own,and they take less time to 'get red of' if you go to settings and set it on two issues per day
