Sort of. Keep it realistic, if you have 6 mil people, you can't put all of them in the military.Also don't overbuy your country(As in purchase 50 bajilizon 500 megaton H-bombs)And, don't claim you are going to start a nuclear weapons project until you have at least 200 million people!!!
