I wish to have a colony on another planet. The reasons are many, so I will not need to give them.
I would prefer a fully expolred planet, but if that is not possible I will assist in exploration. I will provide my own transport etc, and only need permission to take a small area of land for my use.
The Tau Ceti system, recently claimed by me after abandoned by its former owner, is open. You could colonise one of it's planets if you'd like.
