Artilery Developments
The Republic of New Democrats would like to announce a development of our current C3 105-mm Howitzer. It now requires few soldiers to operate due to a digital aiming system (3 down from 7). It is now lighter meaning it can be towed by light jeeps (i.e. ILTIS). It has an extended range of 7.8 km (up from 2). Armament remains the same (high explosive)
These new guns, C-3 AII Howitzer will go on sale. There is a total production of 200 per month, 50 of which will go on sale.
Initial cost is 75,000 each (I'm not sure what prices should be, I'm new here so thanks for the help)
Yes, digital aiming systems are the future. It helped in the developmend of the King Leopard [i]Sturmpanzer[i], and on our AF-100 and 110 series fighters.

Seems... awfully cheap? You can get a PSG-1 sniper rifle for that, not a digitized target acquiring howitzer.

yeah, make it closer to $75 000.
not interested. our war equipment departments are rather immature, with phallic modes of thought - the bigger the barrel and caliber, the better it is, aiming system or whatever be damned. yours is puny in comparison, though probably a lot easier to use and more effective in a mobile war with limited resources.
however, props for a new player making new technology (it's probably not actually new, but whatever) that isn't too advanced to be anywhere near godmodding. good job. just for that, we'll give you about 10 million USD as a "research grant" (i.e do whatever you want with it). the only condition is that you take it in Berëzan Kopeikas, to promote economic trade between our nations.

you've gotta be kidding me. an arty shell will set you back at least 50, and probably more like 100. 500-10000 for more advanced (such as guided) types.
