On this Second day of Emperor Zeno I's rule, he would like to address the world.

This is a formal announcement from the Emperor of Redia himself: He wishes to inform the world of Redia's formation, and wish peace to the neighbors of Redia. Redia is not a hostile nation, as of yet, and he wishes to remain that way. The Redian populace extends the olive branch of peace to all friendly nations, and turns the cold shoulder on those nations that wish to bring us down. The Redians stand ready to defend what is right, as well as punish the ignorant.

May the sweet embrace of peace hold you forever,

The Empire of Redia does not wish to engage in any full scale alliance at this time, this 'liberation' has undoubtedly already taken place within our own borders, where elections have been outlawed. Democracy does not live here, because the Emperor believes that democracy breeds the inability to get things done.
