My nation does not allow crime to go by easily. We have very little crime and need to enforce this. the USP Tactical guns will be issued to our new 10,000 police officers, the sniper rifles along with the TMPs, and Machine Guns will go to arm the national guard.

There is still the issue of rediculously low prices.

Even if you did effectively get these for free i would think that a good plan would be to maximise your profits. if i was in the second hand goods market i would be warry of anything availble for less than 40% of the new price and would expect to pay 40-50% for good quaility products.
Of course even if you captured warehousing for a couple of divisions you aren't going to have that uch to sell perhaps 10000 M2HBs, a couple of hundred sniper rifles, maybe 20000-30000 mixed USPs and TMPs (both serve a similar role as a backup weapon or a weapon for crews)
As a price giude a new M2HB costs soemthing in the region of $10,000, the WA-2000 easily in excess of $5000, the USP and TMP are both around about $1000 (they actually cost more than many rifles) and the experiemental rifle likely soemwhere in the 1$000-2000 range.
