I was just thinking - perhaps an alliance of Scottish NationStates would be useful.

Scottish people have a worldwide reputation when it comes to standing together - you cut a Scot, all of us bleed.

The allaince would be open to all Scots, regardless of political persuasion.

Well...here's the plan. Why don't we have an english alliance, and an Irish alliance, and a welsh allaince in seperate threads, coming under the umbrella British alliance?

The definitive rules of joining are that you must either be
1) A Scot
2) An expat Scot
3)Or at least 1/4 Scottish
to join the alliance. Sorry to al this discounts.

I don't just eat Haggis on January 25th; have worn a kilt in my Regiment and worn it Regimental; have competed in Highland Games and tossed the caber (it really is as hard as it looks); have drank flaming drambuie shots; have danced and marched to the skirl of the Pipes; and yelled in Gaelic while closing with the enemy.

PS I don't think we should let the English guy in.

Here, here. Unfotunately the only reply you get will be his automated crap. Dregruk and I simply threatened war. Crude, but effective. We have/had another alliance, which is composed of a fair majority of Scots (Sirocco, Noble Kings, etc).
