Sonju, while you are correct in that such a massive amount of money is not needed for reconstruction, the funds will support Lima Been's economy for several years as it comes back up to speed. Likewise, any military action such as a blockade risks confrontation with Ancient Terra and Neo Garner. TRIAD Military forces will not stand by and allow larger nations to trod on smaller ones.
