The console of the Commonwealth looked out of his office window, and he watched the guards change their shifts. He stared, and watched as guard stopped a traveler form getting any closer to the government compound. Then, out of no where a shot came down from the sky, it hit one of the partical cannons. The console was shocked for a second, then realised that this must be a terrorist organization using a Sebecean frigate. He ran to his desk, and activated the Tactical Defensive Partical Cannons, then he looked out the window and saw another strike come down, but it missed. A half a second after he activated the cannons several powered up and fired several shots. He again turn to his computer and activated the satilite system, he saw as the cannon stots rip the figate into multipule peaces.

Today our capitial was assaulted by a terrorist owned frigate. The terroists only shot twice, and one hit a partical cannon, while the other missed and hit an mall. The console has called for immedeate action from our forces and the international community, to hunt down, terrorist and rogue states. The council, today voted to start the 'The Crusade Against Terror' Please stay tuned for international response to this crisis.

The federal council conveans, (Shows the console standing at a stand) and this is what the consloe had to say, 'We must meet this threat with ou valor, blood, and indeed our vary lives, to insure that civilaization, not anarchy dominates this galaxy now and always.
