As United-Irishmen is under my protection, I have declared war on New Chelsea. You still have a chance, withdraw your declaration of war and allow everyone to live in peace.
Irish-Americans is a good friend of mine, and if he declares war on NC, I do too. I strongly urge New Chelsea to back down.

I have begun to mobilize my 20 million-man standing army. My main fleet comprising of 2 aircraft carriers, 4 missile cruisers, 2 AEGIS cruisers, 6 destroyers and a sub-screen of 5 fast-attack subs. Fighters have been scrambled to intercept NC's bombers as Collins' nuclear missiles begin the fueling process. With 20,000 nuclear missiles, Collins has enough firepower to destroy the world. My SSBN's have received high-priority flash traffic to go deep and avoid all contacts and make their way to firing position.

If you must know NC, I am 95% Irish. My grandparents came from Ireland and someday I hope to return to my true home. Well, good luck to ya, may ya live in peace and prosperity New Chelsea, despite what you've said and done.

I hope people see who is at fault here, not United Irishmen, not Irish-Americans and not Collins. We have given NC a chance to forget this unfortunate incident and move on.
