Slight penalty if they are killed (There are a limited number of mimes out there you know, its a bit like puncturing the football in the middle of a match)

DGNT has started construction of its first 'Mime-Bashing arena'
The entire setup is roughly the size of a baseball diamond, and contains several walls and obstacles (to both mimes and bashers), to make the sport more intersting. DGNT has also announced the first official team, the D'press'ion Scorpions.

Draconis Nightcrawlis has announced work will start on the MIME Arena. Unlike DGNT's area, this one consists of a pit the size of a football pitch (real football not that americcan rip off of rugby)

INdeed, all are welcome into the IML (International Mime Basher League).

DGNT has also announced the formation of Junior Mime Bashing League, using midgit mimes, the youngsters can imitate their heros out on the field.
A smaller mime field has been constructed near the DGNT High and Middle schools, this one about the size of, say, a school gym.

The Dominion of Kotterdam would like to contribute a team to the league in the form of the Salem Mimesweepers. The colours of the new team are, appropriately, black and blue, and the logo is a man with a metal detector.

Draconis Nightcrawlis is keen to point out that the sanity of the people is more importaint that mime rights.

Brydog, the mimes are well cared for after the bashing is over. In league games it is HIGHLY innaprotprait to kill or permenantly injur a mime, because, as I said, there are a limited number of mimes out there, and you dont puncture the football in th middle of a game to win.

A question: Do you get extra points if you hit the mime over the head and the mime curses aloud?

Hummm....Nah, that means that they havent been dazed, plus, as mimes, they dont talk. Their throats have aptrophied to the point where all the sound they can make is a muffled squeak when you step on them.

Dictator Jace has welcomed this new sport with open arms, and encorages all other nations to do so as well.

"I think this is a wounderful sport, that encorages people to actively exersize and take part in team based efforts, let the world be united together in the sport of mine bashing!", and with that, Jace removed his shoe and threw it at nearby mine, within moments, the entire gathered crowd was chasing mines thru the city square.
Even military personal joined in the event, brandishing there firearms not as weapons of war, but as blunt objects, using the butts of there rifles to bash mines.

A team to represent Jace is the Mine Bashers League has already been formed, simply called the Jace Mime Bashers until a witter name is thought up.

Jace has also made some suggestions on the sport, suggesting that the playing field should officaly be know as a "Mimefield".

Jace has also lunched a new image campaign to help promote the sport, the first one features a man in a bar holding a bar glass (With mime lieing on the floor behind him, apparently having had the beer glass used on him) and saying "Make mine a bashed mine!".

Jace has also forseen many more bad Mime puns...but hopes it will not hamper this new and promising sport.

Ravea would love to be included in this mime bashing leage. Our team in now known as the "Yo-Yo yoinkers", named so after the teams chief player, Bobo Splonki, used a Yo-Yo to smash a mime in the face from a long range.

Cloning costs money, with the sport this popular, DGNT is considering forming a mime capturing league, whos sole occupation is to go into the inner city with a camera on their helmets and caputre mimes in the best possible condition.

Draconis Nightcrawlis is setting up a Mime capturing group to scout the region of Viking Europe to round up scouts. Being leader of the region I can boss the other nations into handing over the Mimes :twisted: Duke Covenant will oversee this from his castle in Undyi.

This goes with mimes, too, why would you ever want to get rid of such an effective reliever of stress, anguish and (transmitter of actually, unless you're talking about grief and sorrow....) pain?
