"As previously announced, two hours ago Balmora Shopping Centre was devasted by a terrorist bomb. With eyewitness accounst, it is currently thought that the bomb was placed in a bin just outside 'DN Records'. The bomb has left a small crater outside the shop and has completely gutted at least five shops in the immidiate area. Reports on the number of casulties are coming in all the time and current estimates place the death toll at around twenty. This is expected to rise as rescurers shift through the debris to reach those still trapped.

King Kurt I is expected to speak to the nation about this tragedy later today.

In full view of flashing lights from dozens of cameras, King Kurt I of Draconis Nightcrawlis steps out onto the podium to address the nation.

"At aproximatly 3:30pm today, a bomb was detonated outside a record shop in Balmora Shopping Centre killing at least thirty people. As of yet, no group has claimed responsiblity. No doubt those responsibe are watching this and I will telling you this, that Draconis Nightcrawlis will not stand for terrorism of any kind. Our top agents will track you down and punish you severly for this atrocity. You will be made an example of as a deterance to other would be terrorists.

I announce that tomorrow will be a day of national mourning."
