In times of war, you will need good artillery, and good artillery shells. We have been in two wars in our long history, but something could break out at any time. We wish to develop one that holds napalm and maybe some white phosperous.
We'll be testing the new shells out tomorrow night. We've been keeping this TOP-SECRET for a long time, and we think we have it right. If everything goes as planned, that'll be great. If it doesn't work out, I'm asking another nation's hand in help.
