Railguns as in railroads I assume. I'm gonna start laughing at you now. Firstly, you are limited by railroads. Just bomb the railroads. Railguns are only effective as terror weapons, as WWII and WWI proved. There's a reason why no modern nation uses them today. A battery of lighter artillery, like 155mms, can decimate a larger area than a railgun, and they're cheaper and more mobile.

OK, so it's not a rail gun in the normal sense... more like just a magnetic-propelling cannon.
Ours launch low-yield hydrogen warheads at up to mach 3 :)
Yours are most definately not the biggest... however... ours are immbole... so maybe yours are the largest mobile guns... but at being only 10cm bigger than a battleship gun... i dunno...
(I'm talking about the Sky Cleaners btw...)
