This is a space based alliance. All technologies developed by a member nation, are his not the coalitions. But, if the coalition puts out a research project, all member nations are expected to help will the project, for it will become the coalitions. If any nation of the coalition wants to donate a ship design, or a weapon system, they may, but it would become coalition tech. Th coalition also has a 'Protected Planets Treaty', which protects a planet of a nation with the force of the coalition. All member nations must follow 'The Code', or they will be removed from the coalition.
'The Code'
1. As stated, any technolgies develped by a member nation, are his.
2. Any 'Coalition Technology Devlopment Project', are property of the coalition and its members.
3. All members are to respect the 'Protected Planets Treaty'
4. Nations whos space program is not big at all, we ask them to provide secuity units, and supplies for coalition bases.
5. Any new rule can be voted on 'The Code' at anytime as long as the coalition votes on it.
6. Member nations cannot cause harm to any other member nation.
7. Member nations SHOULD establish embassies in friendly space for realtions perposes.
8. Member nations are asked not to get involved with other nations internal affairs.
