Ancient and Holy Terra

The sovereign nation of Ancient Terra, after a long period in isolation, has announced its return to world affairs. Its population noticably improved, its economy as strong as ever, Ancient Terra looks forward to reuniting with its former allies.
The Blue Fleet program has been exhaustively researched during our long hiatus, and soon the Tellerus shipyards will restart production of this wonderful class of vessels.
Once again, we look forward to learning what has happened in world affairs while the nation of Ancient Terra has been silent. We welcome any updates on the world's status.

(ooc: For anyone that doesn't remember me, I was fairly active during the summer. No, I'm not one of those warmongers. :D. If anybody could give me an update of what happened while I was gone, I'd appreciate it greatly. I've gathered that Arcel was banned...again...which is disappointing, as he was learning under the tutelage of the older nations and the mods.)
