However, the T-98 really exists in modern time so pictures should be available. (Chinese tank, design taken from the Russian T series.)

Why do a tank need an extra communications/radio officer and a navigator? It doesn't make sense considering the driver can navigate.
The tank doesn't seem have enough armor anyways.

a tank crew should be Driver(you forgot him), Gunner(Has the main gun and a Coaxial MG), Loader(has a MG up atop the turret), Commander(Has the .50 Cal up top.)
thats how an abrams is set up, and most other tanks in the world are similiar, except some have an autoloader.
